Wordful Wednesday

Abbie has independently began potty training. She doesn't go all the time, but she tries at least a few times per day. I haven't pushed this at all. I put her on the potty when she requests, and I praise her when she goes. That's the extent of my potty training efforts. Ellie, on the other hand, wants nothing to do with it!!
I took this picture yesterday. I just couldn't resist with the book and all! I think it's adorable! And I figure I can use it for a future blackmail photo!!

Good for her! Love that she decided to read a magazine while waiting!

That's great that she decided to potty train herself. She looks so grown up!

Awe, how cute is that. I'm sure she'll be overly impressed when you show it to her first boyfriend! :)

Congrats! Before you know it diapers will be a thing of the past.

She's clearly going to be a good multi-tasker. ;)

So cute. I love the reading on the potty. It's my favorite past time for the girls Haha!

We also had one girl showing interest and one with none at all.

♥ That's how it was with my twins too. Lane first then Eliza decided a couple of months later that she'd give it a wirl. It was actually much easier that way! :)

So cute....Jenny just posted about potty training too. My twins were the same way. Jacob was interested, John wasn't. BUT, as soon as Jacob went a whole day without diapers, John was all over it, and he potty trained too.

Blackmail is the best!!! It's been used on me a time or two...no wonder I have issues.

Reading a book while using the restroom is about the only way for privacy. She's hooked up!!

So cute! I am so not ready for those days! I did not enjoy training one and can't imagine the twins! My husband pushed Vivi too much, and it was NO fun. Once he backed off it all seemed to fall in place. Sounds like what you are doing is key..take it in THEIR stride!!!

Love the picture! Maybe she can influence her sister....

She looks so happy just chill with her book. Is that her personality with most things? Just jump in and do it herself? That is so nice. Hopefully her sister will catch on too!
